Who Is Behind This
Meet Joy and Mayur Sontakke
We are the founders of Nomadgao — a community we built from scratch for remote workers and digital nomads. That journey taught us one thing: the deepest human need isn't just a great workspace or a beautiful landscape. It's belonging.
The Coconut Collective is our life's most ambitious project — drawing inspiration from Auroville, indigenous tribes, and Blue Zone communities around the world. We are not selling a product. We are inviting you into a way of life we are building for ourselves.

A Childhood Worth Giving
Kids grow up in nature, learning through doing — farming, building, cooking, creating. Real education, not rote learning.

The Vision
Utopia Is Not a Dream. It Is a Design Problem.
Imagine a village where everyone chose to be there. Where the economy is care, creativity, and contribution. Where children grow up knowing every neighbour, every tree, every season. Where elders are respected, ideas are supported, and nobody faces a hard day alone.
This is the Blue Zone life — not stumbled upon, but deliberately built by people like you and me, right here in India.

🤝 Work Together

🌍 Impact Together

Choose Your Neighbours
The Most Important Decision Is Who You Build With
The Coconut Collective is not open to everyone — and that is intentional. We are looking for people who deeply resonate with this vision. People who are done dreaming about it and ready to do it.
We will curate this founding group carefully — not as gatekeeping, but as stewardship of something precious. Your neighbours will be among the most important choices you ever make.
Values-First Curation

Small by Design
10–15 members only — intimate, trusted, intentional
Diverse Skills Welcome

The Roadmap
From Pilot to Movement

First Right in Future Collectives
As we replicate this model across India, founding members get priority placement and pricing.
A Personal Note from Mayur
"I'm not building this for everyone. I'm building it for the people I can imagine growing old with. If you have ever felt that the world is moving too fast, that cities are extracting more than they give, that your children deserve something more real than what urban concrete jungles provide. Come. Let's build something worth staying for."
Mayur Sontakke, Founder, Nomadgao & The Coconut Collective
